About the opportunity:
This is a truly pivotal position in which you will be responsible for Holcim Australia’s finance governance and planning function – providing strategic oversight to the corporate finance function; contributing to the decision making process of the Executive Committee and ensuring all Holcim Group financial information reporting meets external statutory requirements.
As part of the Finance Leadership Team charged with maximising shareholder returns you will undertake relevant FP&A activities and value-adding analysis and interpret results; performance indicators and trends across the businesses for the purposes of improving financial performance and meeting upward reporting requirements.
You will also lead our governance and internal controls and help to create value by providing an environment which supports the efficient development of integrated financial and non-financial plans, supporting future oriented organisational outcomes, through good governance, performance management and budgeting and planning activities that provide long range outcomes.
Another important responsibility managing the service levels to the local market from the insourced Shared Services Centres based overseas.
