Full Job Description

Call It Spring is seeking a Part-time sales lead (keyholder) at our Dufferin Mall location. We are looking for a positive, upbeat, and can-do individual to join our team who is passionate about fashion.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supports management (Store Manager and Assistant Manager) in all tasks necessary and efficiently to maintain store operations
• A leadership role in coaching your sales team to meet their personal and store budget goals
• Ensure to maximize sales by providing a positive customer experience
• Understands and adheres to loss prevention and security policies, credit, and procedures (ex. returns and exchanges, deposit logs, etc.)
• Ensure stock replenishment and maintenance merchandise on the sales floor are up to par (price points are correct, missing merchandise are replaced, etc.)
• Able to climb ladders, move and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Key holder/Shift Manager and related work experience in customer service or retail service
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team to achieve sale objective
• 6 months to 1-year experience in a leadership role

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail management: 1 year (required)
