Job summary:

• To promote the ALDO Groups products. Welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure customers have a pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, take payments and issue receipts.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Increasing store sales by offering superior product knowledge.
• Educating customers about current promotions.
• Taking and answering store phone calls.

Key requirements:

• Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.65 per hour

Day range:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
• Night Shift (preferred)
