Silver Bay Seafoods Hiring for Onsite Recruiter – Varied Time Schedule Job at Moss Landing, CA Full Time

Silver Bay Seafoods, a leader in the industry currently has an opening in the Wilmington area for an Onsite Recruiter. This is a hybrid role that will report directly to the HR Manger for the State and will work closely with our agency partners.

We are looking for someone with the following skill sets:

· Open availability to assist with ALL sign in times

· Timeclock knowledge on a basic/intermediate level

· Bilingual Spanish a must

· Data entry of payroll

· Experience as an onsite recruiter

This role will require you to communicate and work with people of different backgrounds and skill sets, from the Plant Managers to the floor associates. This position will require you to reach out and communicate with the agency recruiters and maintain a good working relation with all partied.

This role will require data entry of payroll, fielding payroll related issues, and assisting agencies with questions for the people onsite.

This role will require this person to be at all check-ins. This is the biggest requirement that you have OPEN availability and that during our busy season you can be on-site with little notice of start times. We workday labor and this means you learn the start times in the morning and are expected to be onsite 1 hour before start time and to stay at least 1-2 hours after start time. There is some data entry that can be done at home but MUST be onsite for check ins. If you can not commit to this during our peak season November – April, please do not apply.
