The Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a critical leadership and business engagement role, reporting to the Executive Manager – Talent Acquisition.
As the Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an Executive Recruitment Strategy that identifies, attracts, and engages senior leaders, directors, and high-level corporate officers to support CSIRO’s growth ambition and evolving business needs.
The Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner will proactively build excellent relationships with hiring managers to establish sourcing priorities and future talent plans and to design a roadmap of hiring requirements in the short- and long-term, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and integrated approach to talent acquisition.
Location: All major CSIRO locations considered
Salary: AU$117k – AU$138k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
