Introduction:

This Finance Analyst position supports the BGS Commercial Modifications business for Interiors in Frimley UK. Primary responsibilities include leading the Finance processes on site in UK, execute financial planning and financial operations requirement and work closely with the cross functional Integrated Product Team to provide business support. This role includes, but not limited to, forecasting, reporting, long range business planning, sales proposal support, business case development, manage and reduce costs, assess and communicate business and financial opportunities and risk, provide business decision support and other financial analytical and reporting requirements as needed to support the Commercial Modifications P&L.

Requirements include performing estimates, cost or price proposals, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Must be able to work effectively across international time zones.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops forecasts and/or budgets for products, functions and overhead pools.
• Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports.
• Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
• Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
• Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends.
• Develops business cases using appropriate indices.
• Present financial performance to business/site leaders.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
• Experience developing relationships with business partners.
• Experience with Long Range Business Planning (LRBP), forecast, and resource planning processes.
• Demonstrates ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with negotiations or providing persuasive inputs to strategic decisions.
• Experience managing cost and affordability.
• Excellent communication skills.
