We’re looking for innovative and passionate Technology Graduates to join our Grads@HUB Program. At HUB24, you’ll be exposed to a variety of areas across the business providing you with the flexibility to choose your career pathway. There are no restrictions to where your career can lead to at Grads@HUB!

The graduate program will last for 12 months. Following the program, you’ll be guaranteed a permanent position in a role aligned with your career aspirations.

We will challenge you by rotating you across the below disciplines:
- DevOps & Application Support – learn and adopt the DevOps practices and processes within HUB24. You will also gain real world experience supporting our applications and services.
Software Engineering: learn to research, design, implement and manage software engineering programs.
Testing & Quality Assurance: learn to use our latest approaches in test automation and understand how to ensure the quality of a software application is fit for purpose.
During your tenure in these different disciplines, the primary objectives will be to:
- Demonstrate your ability to listen, learn, problem solve and execute
- Understand the process, patterns and procedures required to build and run enterprise software systems
- Develop relationships with your teammates, buddies, and mentor
- Become an ambassador for HUB24’s cultural values
- Determine the faculty where you are most likely to thrive
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degrees IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other qualification relevant to technology related disciplines
- Maintain a credit average or above (a copy of your academic transcript will be requested)
- Completed or due to complete undergraduate degree by the end of 2022
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
- Ability to innovate, problem solve and willingness to learn
- Passionate about technology and looking to thrive in a fast-growing fintech environment
- Must have full Australian working rights
Our tech savvy graduates will start in February 2023 and join the program for 12 months. Following the program, you’ll be guaranteed a permanent position in a role aligned with your career aspirations.
Our recruitment process involves Talent Acquisition reviewing applications, phone interview, coding assessment and finally panel interview before job offer. A copy of your academic transcript will be requested during your application process.
