This role is for a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager who will be responsible for growing the South East region.  

Job Description:  

-Delivering Existing frameworks/projects  

-Managing teams  

-Client interface  

-Business Development  

The details for this role include:  

– Delivering Works within Programme and on budget  

– Contract Management  

– Responsible for H&S and Quality onsite  

– Compiling progress reports  

Requirements  

– Successfully delivered Projects/Frameworks  

– Worked as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts manager on Major rail projects  

– Main contractor environment  

– Well conversed with Network Rail contracts  

-Rail/Civils Background
