I am currently working with a private civil engineering company based in the South of England. My client is looking for a self-sufficient Senior Civil Engineer to aid with the ever-increasing workload placed upon the company due to their persistent expansion. Due to newly acquired contracts with various local authorities in London, this professional family run company is looking for an individual to showcase their professionalism, experience and management capabilities through overseeing and developing a variety of infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be working on a range of different projects. The design and development of footways, carriageways, cycleways, traffic reduction projects in addition to various active travel projects.

Skills / Experience

The successful candidate will be:

• Proficient in Auto CAD.
• Confident in their own ability to develop and manage a project from start to finish.
• Experience in project management, managing a team of engineers.
• 10 + years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
• Previously worked for/ with a Local Authority in London in a civil engineering capacity.

Details

• 6 – month contract (extension likely).
• Hybrid role (2-3 days in office).
• Inside IR35.
• Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
• Surrey, South England.
