Are you an experienced HR professional looking to develop your skills further in a company which continues its growth in the UK and overseas? This is initially a 3-month contract with the potential to become permanent. The company is expanding its People team to ensure continuous can be supported and culture nurtured. We are keen to find a highly organised individual who will support with a range of activities in both general HR, payroll and recruitment. The successful candidate will be a key part of a small, friendly team based in a modern London office. You will need a positive, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset, helping the company to work as efficiently as possible.
Duties include:
Producing weekly internal HR report, tracking people changes including starters, leavers and probations
Managing payroll including pension and benefits administration
Drafting contracts for new starters, creating and amending employee information
Drafting employee correspondence such as bonus letters, references, pay letters
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, tracking the status of roles, ensuring the recruitment process moves efficiently
Uploading CVs to the recruitment systems
Liaising with Hiring Managers, candidates and recruitment agencies to book interviews for multiple offices
Managing recruitment inbox and developing the use of a centralised calendar
Conducting initial screening calls with candidates to gather basic information regarding applications
Supporting with direct candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and providing assistance for recruitment marketing tasks
