Huntress Hiring for Part time Internal Recruiter at Winnersh Full Time

Hours: 22 hours across 4 days (flexible on days/times)

Pay Rate: £12.00 – £14.00 per hour

Start Date: 7th November, for minimum 6 months with the potential to be extended

Location: Winnersh, free onsite parking

Responsibilities will include:

• Writing and posting adverts on various specific sites
• Monitoring adverts, and sifting through a high volume of applications
• Screening candidates via telephone
• Liaising with relevant line managers to present quality candidates and arrange interviews
• Process feedback and communicate this back to the candidate, rejecting or progressing application as appropriate
• Work closely with the marketing department on social media campaigns
• Process offer details and pass these over to the relevant department to draft the contract
• Attending onsite interviews and open days

What we are looking for:

• Previous HR recruitment or interviewing experience
• Highly organised with the ability to manage own heavy workload
• Ability to prioritise and work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent telephone manner, comfortable and confident
