Death Valley Lodging Company Hiring for Kitchen Steward at Stovepipe Wells, California Full Time

Stovepipe Wells Village is in the heart of Death Valley National Park. We offer 83 guest rooms, 14 RV sites, a swimming pool, two stores, a restaurant and saloon. Death Valley Lodging Company (NEG282, LLC) needs a FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND Kitchen Steward.  The Kitchen Steward works from 6PM until 2:30 PM (1/2 hour meal break).  Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the BOH is always sanitary and inspection ready!  It includes cleaning work areas, checking product for labels and keeping the dry storage area neat and organized.

All applicants must be FULLY COVID vaccinated.  ServSafe preferred.

Housing is provided.  Meals are $35 per week.  Meals are paid via payroll bi-weekly ($70.00 per pay period)
