Morgan Ryder Hiring for HR Business Partner at Cheshire Full Time

Within this high-profile role, typical responsibilities as HR Business Partner will be to: –

Work closely with the HR Director to deliver reward and recognition programmes to employees locally, whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis.

Liaise with managers in relation to employee benefits, compensation and recognition schemes.

Add value by proposing, planning and implementing process improvements or simplifications where possible.

Support corporate projects.

Ensure compliance with legislation changes.

Support the day-to-day activities of the HR department.

The successful candidate will: –

Have experience gained within a similar role.

Ideally have manufacturing experience.

Pay close attention to detail.

Be CIPD qualified or studying to complete.

Have good analytical and numeracy skills.

On offer: –

A salary to £70,000

25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
