Job Description:

Multiple award-winning B2B tax compliances software company is currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager. The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will manage new and existing programs and projects. They will be responsible for the development of innovative programs and processes to help support and drive solutions in support of internal customers: recruiters and recruiting leaders across the TA organization.

Responsibilities:

• Drive program goals and provide project management support, including defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, KPIs, and communications for rollout
• Establish and maintain proper governance across all TA tech platforms, globally
• Key person to manage our quarterly audits
• Influence stakeholders by leveraging data, business acumen and industry knowledge/market research
• Engage with a broad set of stakeholders to ensure the programs and processes are aligned to the organization’s priorities and goals
• Provide process and technical support for existing system s and process, including troubleshooting issues and responding to end user inquiries
• JIRA experience
• Be a thought partner in developing programs to enhance the TA organization and the candidate and stakeholder experience
• Partner with broader TA Operations team and contributing teams on other initiatives and projects

Must Haves (Non-negotiables):

• Must have Project or Program Management experience specifically in HR (preferably within Talent Acquisition)
• Must have JIRA experience
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Program Management
• Experience working on a Talent Acquisition team (2 year minimum)
• Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
• Passion for developing and delivering solutions that deliver best in class experiences
• Strong leadership presence with ability to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders
• Team player, ability to drive tactical and strategic activities in parallel, and able to thrive in fast-paced environment

Pay – $48/hr.

Schedule – M-F Standard Morning Shift (Flexibility to support PST hours required)

Location – FULLY REMOTE in U.S.

Contract Duration – 6 Months with potential for extension of duration (project-based work)
