Things you should know:

We are seeking an individual to provide proactive recruitment assistance and support to the Talent Acquisition Team and internal customer across the business

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Post adverts through appropriate internal and external channels
• Ensure recruitment trackers are kept up to date and provide regular data & MI to the wider Talent Acquisition Team
• Monitor the Recruitment inboxes and respond within SLA’s
• Review applications and contact suitable candidates
• Pre-screen potential candidates via video or telephone
• Coordinate interviews and assessment days, ensuring adequate assessors, rooms and resources
• Participate in assessments by scribing at interviews and group exercises
• Deliver candidate feedback and make offers in accordance with company processes
• Run credit checks, complete contract checklists and collate documentation in preparation for onboarding successful candidates
• Assist with PES when required
• Support the preparation and attendance of local jobs fairs
• Act as an Ambassador for the Employer Brand at all times

Things we need from you:

• Experience in a recruitment role would be desirable but not necessary
• Experience within a contact centre environment or strong operational business knowledge with a desire to commence a career in recruitment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• Fully competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience of working to targets and deadlines
• Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds with diverse experiences
• Integrity, flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential
