Job Description

You’ll be helping change the way goods get to market and making real-world contributions to global sustainability whilst being a part of an inclusive, diverse group empowering you to be your wonderful self at work. We offer hybrid working and we have operational sites throughout the UK with key offices in Manchester and Weybridge.
You’ll be a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for stakeholders across the business, leading the recruiting activities and collaborating with hiring managers to find top talent for our business. You’ll support the full spectrum of operational and central functions from entry level to director level roles. You’ll be able to utilize your skillsets in a broad variety of disciplines as you’d expect to find within a global supply chain business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-Talent Acquisition-cycle process including intake meeting, job posting, pre-screen and telephone interviews for cross-functional client groups while developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies.
- Ensure interview / assessment process is robust and fit for purpose for any role recruiting within the business
- Source the best talent by identifying industry leaders, subject matter experts and respected competitors to recruit them to Brambles business units.
- Lead kickoff and wrap up meetings with hiring managers and executives and establish and manage a schedule of regular updates with hiring managers
- Ensure ATS Workday is kept fully up to date managing the end-to-end process via the ATS
- Apply Boolean and other sourcing techniques on Linkedin
- Be responsible for project delivery / initiatives as the Europe Recruitment function develops and play a key role in the overall global HR strategy
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record of recruitment success in an agency and/or corporate environment.
- Ability to deliver results and manage multiple search projects and candidates simultaneously
- Executive presence with the ability to earn trust and credibility quickly
- Ability to understand, articulate and sell Brambles culture and business initiatives
- Strong drive for results and commitment to a high calibre level of service
- Ability to negotiate and influence others
