Borealis Basecamp Hiring for Front Desk Agents, Activities Desk Agents, And Housekeepers at Fairbanks, Alaska Full Time

At Borealis Basecamp, we are dedicated to providing the best customer service in Alaska to our guests. We are an adventure resort just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska, where guests from all over the world gather to watch the northern lights and experience Alaska’s beauty. We seek dedicated, friendly, energetic people who enjoy interacting with people from all over to join our team
We are completely off the grid, meaning we generate all of our own electricity and haul the water we need for use on-site. 
We have a total of 20 rooms on-site, a full-service kitchen, shuttle services, and an activities program to keep our guests entertained all day before the northern lights come out.
We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team for our upcoming winter season, starting immediately and ending April 10th. A wide variety of positions and shifts are available. Front Desk – Day Shift, Evening Shift, Overnight

Job Description: Greeting guests, checking them into their igloo, providing information about the area and about our activities and other services, running breakfast service, washing dinner dishes, cleaning and maintaining a neat lodge, providing 5 star guest service by communicating well with guests, being friendly, and fulfilling guest needs.

Activities Desk

Job Description: Greet guests as they enter the activities center, check them into their activities and ensure all applicable waivers are signed, outfit guests into proper fitting winter gear, sanitize gear as it is returned, sell merchandise from the activities desk, clean activities desk, and maintain a tidy building for guests, communicate accurate availability for all tours to guests

Housekeeper

Job Description: Cleaning guest rooms, folding linens, counting inventory of linens, cleaning storage area
