A leading firm is looking for a Drift Labs and is looking for a Quant Researcher to be a core member of our research team to build, scale, maintain, and spearhead the expansion of our decentralized derivatives protocol. You’ll help determine the strategies for optimizing the ‘Liquidity Trifecta’: research, propose, and design protocol enhancements as well as run simulations to track and measure risks across the market scenario.
Earn up to $200K annual token bonus
Qualifications needed
- Proficiency with Rust and/or Python, including developing production-quality software
- 3+ years as a quant researcher, data scientist, or relevant discipline
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant discipline
- Passion for Defi, market microstructure, and cryptocurrencies
