This is an exciting opportunity for a true generalist in human resources to join our team of People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners responsible for providing operational and strategic advice to senior and executive leaders of the University. The role contributes to business strategies, planning and delivery by recommending and implementing initiatives that will optimise workforce performance and culture.
The incumbent will provide advice and solutions across all areas of People & Culture, including employee and industrial relations, performance optimisation, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, organisational change design and effectiveness. They will do this by drawing on their own extensive experience and the expertise from other People & Culture teams and Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications
Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field such as Business.
