We are working with a growing, commercial business to recruit an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will manage a recruitment team, work closely with the Senior team to create a resourcing strategy and manage workforce planning. The role offers hybrid working, with just one day a week based at head office in Wiltshire.

Your role will play a key part in the successful growth of this private healthcare firm who offer a wide variety of healthcare solutions for their clients. They are a UK wide firm with big growth plans to meet the demands of their contracts. Your team will recruit both clinical and non-clinical roles and require an experienced leader to support them, develop and plan strategically for recruitment.

Ideally you will have previous experience in recruitment within Healthcare and have some commercial experience so you can advise and guide the business on recruitment in this market credibly. You will work closely with the HRD on projects such as employer brand, developing talent attraction tools and developing the ATS system.
