At DaVita UK, we provide dialysis care for over 2,000 patients across 26 clinics in the UK. We’re part of DaVita International who are focused on transforming care and improve quality of life for people receiving dialysis treatment globally.
We’re looking for an established Recruitment Officer to join our HR team here in London. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies in clinics and head office, though it will be heavily weighted toward clinical recruitment.
As the Recruitment Officer, you’ll work alongside the HR Manager to provide innovative solutions to systemise the recruitment process. This will involve exciting opportunity to explore new recruitment platforms and development of the careers site.
Job Description
A typical day will look like:
Partnering with hiring manager to understand specific recruitment needs
Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms to attract the best calibre of talent
Screening and assessing candidates against role requirements
Scheduling interviews and manage communications between hiring manager and candidate
Collaborating with teammates in other countries to attract international candidates
Negotiating offers and sending out offers letters and contracts
Conducting pre-employment checks and references required for new starters
Tracking relevant recruitment data to be able to generate accurate reports
Kick-starting the onboarding process, making sure payroll & IT have the information they need
Keeping up with external trends in the market and staying informed of any impactful changes in legislation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with:
Full life cycle recruitment experience, either inhouse or from an agency setting
Previous experience in healthcare would be a distinct advantage
A confident communication style who can quickly build rapport and a track-record of building great stakeholder relationships
Genuine care about the candidate experience and finding the best person for the role
A solid understanding of recruitment attraction methods and tools available in the market
Ability to analyse data to inform effective decision
Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook and comfortable using HR systems
Knowledge of immigration law and experience of recruiting internationally would be ideal
