Due to the continued growth across the Nova International business, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support the Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the delivery of recruitment strategies, activities and sourcing across the International business.

As the first point of contact and brand ambassador for Nova, you will strive to deliver high end professional customer service across all levels of the business. Our people are what make us different, so ensuring every new Candidate, Manager & Colleague is given a best in class service will ensure to leave a lasting impression.

This is by no means a high volume vacancy role , but instead you will be tasked with headhunting, market mapping & consulting with stakeholders, as you become an expert in your field.

Role Accountabilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not be limited to;

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, creating adverts, head hunting, reviewing applications, vetting candidates and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and advice to Hiring Leaders regarding best talent acquisition practice and methodologies.
• Partnering with hiring leaders to consultant on market findings, recruitment activities & negotiations.
• Report on key recruitment metrics including diversity of applications, time to hire, cost per hire and candidate experience and provide recommendations to improve the process
• Working with hiring teams to develop effective and appropriate assessment and interview processes for each position (including interview documents, testing and assessment stages)
• Utilise social media to contact active and passive talent pools.
• Build sustainable and relevant talent pipelines to meet future workforce demands.
• Ensure you act as a role model, work collaboratively, always act professionally and enhance positive morale and well-being at internal/external events

• Carry out other specific roles/duties when required and as directed

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

• Previous experience in either Recruitment Agency or Inhouse Recruitment.
• Ability or identify & attract passive candidates.
• Proficient in prioritising work based on business needs.
• Commercial awareness & strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
• Full work eligibility for the UK

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

• Previous recruitment experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Understanding of UK Security clearance & requirements.
