We are recruiting for a rare and exciting position for an internal Talent Co-ordinator to help bring the best in the business into an award winning, reputable and long-standing London based Estate Agents! You’ll be working on their active vacancies, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and progressing candidates through the recruitment process. You will also have the opportunity to work on other projects within the business such as planning graduate fairs

Salary – £30,000 Per Annum

Location – Hammersmith + (2 Days working from home)

Role Type – Permanent – Mon-Fri

Benefits – Pension, life assurance cover, 22 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays and increasing with service)

The Role

Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple roles and priorities, you will be coordinating the recruitment of different types of jobs in a variety of locations all over London. You will also work on a variety of internal projects.

Your experience should include using job boards to post adverts, search for candidates, screen CV’s, edit job descriptions, arrange interviews, deliver feedback, etc.

As part of the talent team, you will get involved in all the daily recruitment duties: advertising roles, screening CV’s and arranging interviews.
