Responsibilities:

• Organise orientation and induction for onboarding employees
• Help to faciliate the implementation and coordination of HRM software programs
• Create, maintain and manage employee files;
• Assist with the formulation of the relevant job descriptions of relevant positions
• Assist with quarterly company newsletter, including content creating and newsletter development
• Provide assistance to payroll for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan and UK where required
• Conduct research on policies and guidelines and ensure that there is compliance to current legislation
• Ensure HRIS system is accurate and up to date;
• Run reporting and payroll analytics;
• Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies as required.
• Additional duties and responsibilites may be assigned from time to time

What you need to suceed:

• Full Australian working rights;
• Qualification in Human Resources is preferred;
• Previous recruitment experience is highly favourable;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong administration skills;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• A high standard of confidentiality and problem-solving is essential
