Role: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Sunderland (SR2 9TE)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week (Flexible Hours) part remote working after induction

Salary: Between £22,500 – £24,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus – OTE £24,500-£26,000
We are an Automotive Recruitment business with over 50 years of experience in the Automotive Sector and 20 years in Recruitment. We specialise in recruiting all roles within the Automotive Sector. Due to continued growth and the large number of vacancies we are recruiting for, we are now seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist / Resourcer to assist us with matching and finding candidates for our vacancies.
This role is a full-time and permanent role and will be based at our head office in Sunderland.

Duties include:
  • Candidate searching via our database and through LinkedIn and various job boards.
  • Advertising job vacancies via job boards and our internal website.
  • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
  • Arrange interviews for candidates.
  • Where possible, generate leads from candidates.
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties during busy periods including CV formatting and inputting adverts.
  • Keeping the database up to date.
  • Lots of opportunities for the right candidate to progress into a Recruitment Consultant and manage your own clients (optional).
  • Liaise with a range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.

Requirements:
  • Recent experience as a candidate Consultant/Resourcer or experience working within the Automotive sector. Full training will be provided.
  • Excellent IT skills and ideally experience in carrying out searches on recruitment databases.
  • Experience in using CRM databases (desirable not essential).
  • Good level of MS Office knowledge/experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a genuine interest in talent attraction.
  • Confident telephone manner.
