How will you contribute to ensuring access to justice for all?

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this newly created role exists due to the exciting growth of our Commercial Finance team. As the Corporate Finance Analyst, your skills and experience in delivering financial modelling excellence will contribute to delivering outcomes for our wider commercial finance team. The success of your role has direct impact on our business success, and we are looking for someone who is ready to play an integral part in making a difference.

You won’t be at it alone, surrounded by experts in the field, you will have the opportunity to not only showcase your skills but also continue to learn and grow. You will see yourself working collaboratively with the Data Science Team and IT vendors to industrialise models out of Excel and into more sophisticated tools that can be used by broader audiences for decision making.

What does success in this role look like

• Standardise and continuously enhance core Commercial Finance models and tools for financial and operational decision making
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the processes, data models and data flows in the firm in order to identify, recommend and drive the delivery of improvements.
• Assist with bespoke analysis to support corporate initiatives, deep dives, improvement initiatives and valuations.

The experience we are looking for

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance or similar
• CA, CPA or CFA Qualified
• Highly experienced in the development of financial models such as 3-way corporate models, discounted cash flow models and driver-based models
• High level of commercial acumen around standard financial performance reporting metrics and accounting concepts
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting tools such as TM1, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion or Jedox desirable
• Experience with leading business intelligence tools such as Qlik, PowerBI and Tableau desirable
• Experienced with annual budget and long-term financial planning processes
• A curious mind and passion for developing new and innovative solutions to complex problems
• A team player who supports the broader team in achieving outcomes and who is generous with their knowledge and time
• Ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ when capturing and interpreting business needs and designing fit for purpose solutions.
