WTW Hiring for HR Advisory Services Leader Job at Sydney Full Time

An opportunity exists for an experienced HR consulting professional to join our Workplace Risk (WPR) Practice in the Sydney or Melbourne office. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark and build your practice from the ground up with access to some of the most diverse clients across Australasia. In this role you will support our clients with the transformation of their HR departments as well as drive your business development strategy in growing your practice. Our WPR Practice is the leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to Australia’s Top 500 companies.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide an innovative and flexible approach to clients’ HR programs, present solutions and recommend improvements in their performance. In addition, this role has a focus on business development to achieve growth both organically and through new and innovative opportunities.

The Role

• Project management of national clients’ HR programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
• Provide our clients strategic advice regarding people and culture
• Grow and expand the service offering and team
• Manage company profile with industry contacts by identifying and maintaining strategic relationships in all key markets
• Engaging our strategic partners to deliver value to our Company
• Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing team members knowledge and skills
• Identifying new business opportunities for the Company
• Tender submissions and presentations
• Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Developing an advisory line for adhoc Human resource queries

The Requirements

• Proven experience as HR Consultant either in-house or with a consultancy
• Knowledge of HR functions such as remuneration & benefits, recruitment and training and development
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
• Employment Law experience is highly regarded
• Experience in developing and executing a new business strategy
• Experience in supervising, coaching and mentoring team members
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure
• A team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust
