SmartClosings.com is a FL licensed title agency providing settlement and closing services backed by attorneys to borrowers. Our goal is to expand nationwide and hire licensed title agents as appointees in key states where our sister company LoanSmarter.com produces a lot of volume. Instead of relying on other title companies that take longer our Founder has streamlined the process with best proprietary technology to ensure smooth closing transactions in every state.

Prerequisites:

1. **Must Have Title Agent License in Home State applying from **

2. **Attorney’s applying for this position are exempt from licensure in each state**

3. **Must have licensed title agent license in the State you Reside or any other state you will be appointed to with our title underwriters which include Fidelity National Title, however we are looking to get more underwriters signed up and appointed Title Agents to those Insurance Title Underwriters**

4. *Must Have knowledge of QUALIA SOFTWARE*

5. **Must be Designated Title agent with Florida Dept of Financial Services or Home State Regulator**

Responsibilities:

1. Efficient/Fast title processor/closer needed for busy Mortgage companies/Real Estate Companies, Banks we work and own – Sister Companies: Loansmarter.com, Smarterprocessing.net.

2. Work can be done remotely from home, no need to come into the office but can also utilize office part-time if needed. FL title agent applicants must be able to work from either our Aventura or Boca Raton offices for smoother closings and communication with our key personnel and staff at LoanSmarter.com (Preferred but not Mandatory)

3. Able to Multi-task and pull title quickly, efficiently through various title insurance underwriters. We utilize Qualia technologies for our title order openings and closings which is one of the best technologies in the business today.
