Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Sr. Sourcer will lead the sourcing efforts for the client’s East Hartford, CT location. In this role, you’ll work onsite and collaborate with the Management Team to meeting hiring goals. This role is focused on delivery which requires prioritizing tasks driven by business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source resumes via job boards and other available sources
• Coordinate, lead and attend local job fairs
• Conduct prescreening and phone screening of qualified applicants
• Review and monitor recruiting activity aligned with business goals
• Assist with requisition management to include quality control as it relates to job descriptions and maintaining the integrity of roles
• Report out on weekly sourcing activity

Build Relationships:

• Partner with internal teams, external partners (local colleges, DOL etc.) and business leaders to ensure proper planning and execution of recruitment strategies
• Works with recruiters and hiring leaders to foster relationships and build trust

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment setting
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS – iCIMS)
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills
• Strong business acumen and follow-up skills

Functional/Technical Knowledge:

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, navigating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data and metrics to influence decisions and drive results
• Comprehensive knowledge of EEOC requirements, including providing accommodation for ADAAA, religious requirements, and Diversity outreach efforts
• Former experience recruiting for a BPO/Services organization (preferred)
• Experience in with iCIMS (preferred)
• Experience working with Workforce Management Offices
• Leading and organizing job fairs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
