Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Billing Analyst. This person will be responsible for handling billing tickets and requests coming through their system from their clients. The ideal candidate will have great verbal and written communication skills as they will be responsible for communicating both internally and externally to resolve billing tickets. The ideal candidate will also have Salesforce experience as they will utilize this platform for research and general billing responsibilities. It is required that this candidate has a strong understanding of the billing process. The schedule for this position is 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
