PROJECT MANAGER – SOUTHAMPTON

Our in-house multi-disciplinary services include civil, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation, supplemented by the design and manufacture of Control Panels, MCC’s, PLC’s, SCADA and automation systems. We also provide a range of bespoke modular and containerised water & wastewater treatment and fuel conditioning systems.
We have over 800 employees and with a healthy forward order book with a projected turnover of £180m this year, it is an exciting time to join the business.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of Civil Engineering projects at Fawley Refinery in Southampton. Projects vary from £500k – £5m and are predominantly civil engineering works; typically comprising of RC structures, roads and enabling works.
The Project Manager will have a background in the safe & successful delivery of Civil Engineering projects but should have an appreciation of all disciplines. Working knowledge of NEC 3 Lump Sum would be particularly useful to this role as would a background of working within a refinery and/or oil & gas environment.
It may be that you are currently working as a Project Manager or perhaps you are a Senior Site Manager seeking to take the next step in your career. Either way, you will have an excellent technical ability in this sector and be a strong manager of people, possessing the ability to get the most out of your team.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, duties include but are not limited to;

• HND/BEng in Civil Engineering OR by experience
• CSCS
• SMSTS
