We welcome an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dedicated team at our Head Office on St Kilda Road.

About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the leadership and staff, HR team, the RTO and other external stakeholders to enable the business, with a passion to provide the best of care to our residents and clients.

You will be integral to implementing an overarching talent acquisition strategy for the business, including process improvement and future ways of work.

About you

• Human resources experience in a recruitment/talent management and employer brand management role
• Project coordination skills and experience in successfully implementing projects
• Sound working knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, Aged Care Industry is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in analysis and developing options for talent sourcing
• Experienced user of social media for recruitment
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business and HR team to continuously evolve the Employee Value Proposition in order to attract, retain and cultivate a high performing workforce.
• Ensure recruitment processes are supported by best practice talent acquisition strategies and contemporary practices including extensive social media usage
• Implement recruitment plans and processes and continuously review
• Foster and form relationships with peak bodies of interest to ensure support of top talent
• Identify trends in peak periods of demand and to effectively inform workforce planning forecasts
• Provide monthly reports on recruitment objectives, activities and outcomes

Eligibility Requirements

• Right to Work in Australia
• Current Victorian Driver’s License
• Current cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain
• Working with Children Check
• Up-to-date Vaccination status
