Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Officer on a casual basis. Ideally, this role may suit a student keen to gain first business experience in a part-time capacity whilst completing their studies with the aim to grow a career in human resources or somebody who prefers a flexible part-time engagement.

• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing and continually improving efficient operational and strategic recruitment methodology supporting the requirements of a growing business
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, including researching and approaching passive candidates as well as qualifying applicants
• Preparing and posting job advertisements across different job boards
• Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience;
• Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting call-backs or rejection emails;
• Assist with a variety of general HR tasks including but not limited to policy development, maintenance of intranet, visa preparation, staff communications, on- or offboarding etc.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary degree or studying towards a degree in commerce, HR or similar
• Good skillset in the use of internet, search engine as well as MS Office
• Customer centric attitude
• Cultural awareness
• Genuine interest in the technology sector
• Keen interest in learning SAP terminology
• Ability to work in a small team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written English skills
