Employee Services Officer

An immediate start opportunity has become available with this reputable global brand. Supporting a senior team member who has taken up a long-term secondment, covering a large transformation project, you will step into a key role providing operational support to the Employee Services function for ANZ for the execution of travel and employee expenses, transactional support and fleet operations support.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Process employee travel and business expenses
• Act as local point of contact for Manager’s for travel and business expense claims enquiries
• Assist with disputes relating to Accounts Payable enquiries
• Fleet operations administration and reporting
• Support the internal and external audit
• Ad hoc administrational duties

The ideal candidate will have –

• Experience in Transactional Services and Operations, Shared Services finance and/or Fleet Management
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, Ariba and Concur systems
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable and committed
• Accounting/Finance qualification preferred
• Available for an immediate start
