Calling all great leaders! Our child care and preschool program is expanding and seeking an excellent Assistant Director / Director to join our team. This position does NOT require a degree but you must have prior experience as an Assistant Director or Director in a licensed child care program.

Position Responsibilities:

As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for all that it takes to ensure that our program is run at the highest level of quality and that our children receive the very best care.An average day includes: ensuring classroom staffing need are met, completing daily quality inspections and walk-thrus, leading classroom observations, communicating and responding to any program needs, leading hiring and training initiatives, running errands, ensuring program compliance, and walking passionately in your leadership as a model for our team. This is all balanced as you also greet and interact with our parents, support our teachers and give hugs, high fives, and of course – your favorite stickers to children as your interact with them each day.

Position Requirements:

This position does NOT require a degree but prior experience in the role as an Assistant Director or Director in a licensed child care program is REQUIRED.

This position also requires a passionate and professional personality, absolute reliability and effective verbal and written communication skills!
