HR Business Partner

• $150,000 Package
• 6 month maternity leave contract

people2people have partnered with an industry leading beverage company based in Moorabbin. This opportunity is to start immediately and is a 6 month maternity leave contract.

Working within the Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for:

• Management and negotiation of contracts
• Negotiation and adjusting of wage rates
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams
• Troubleshooting any HR related issues
• Assisting with training and induction of new employees

To be successful in this role, you will possess?

• Previous experience working closely with unions
• Previous HR Business Partner experience in a blue collar working environment
• Strong communication skills
• A can-do attitude
