The Role

This Sr. Financial Analyst role is on the FP&A team and will provide operating expense(OpEx) Finance support to the North America Field Operations team. Finance support will include: reporting on monthly operating expense results, budgeting/forecasting, and cost analysis. This role will also communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and present results of financial analysis/reporting to Director/VP level management.

The Main Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial performance reporting to North America Operations and FP&A leadership.
• Develop forecast models to track performance against OpEx targets/budgets.
• Monthly/quarterly forecasting.
• Annual Budget development by partnering with NA Operations Leadership.
• Deliver weekly headcount reporting.
• Partner with NA Operations and Accounting on month-end close activities.
• Financial costs trend analysis
• Complete hierarchy and departmental changes as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and uses findings to help guide the business in making decisions.
• Builds professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization; presents results of financial analysis and reporting to all levels of management.
• Business case analysis and support.
• Involved in the OpEx allocation to business unit/products.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and three years related experience.
• Forecasting experience using detailed models.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with analytic and business intelligence software (Essbase, Anaplan, Power BI experience a plus).
• Proven ability to work well in a fast paced and ever-changing environment with short deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.
• Good analytical/inquisitive thinking skills a must, with the ability to effectively summarize and communicate conclusions (via oral or written).
• Detail oriented and thoroughly reviews work to ensure accuracy of results/analysis produced.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various company groups (Operations, IT, HR and Accounting).
• Executive level presentation development and interaction with executives.
• Self-motivated for continual process improvement
