Public Sector Resourcing Hiring for Finance Administrator Job at Remote Full Time

As a Finance Administrator your main responsibilities will be:

• Assisting project staff with drafting & following procurement procedures / requirements.
• Downloading & reviewing project staff timesheets and reporting on these.
• Downloading & reviewing project costs / reporting.
• Administration of Project cost recharges.
• Record keeping of details pertaining to procurement activities.
• Project procurement forecasting & reporting to stakeholders.

• Demonstrable finance / procurement experience within the public sector – ideally DEFRA / EA.
• A background in accounting / book-keeping – ideal.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work proactively & confidently communicate with the rest of the team.
• MS Office / Excel proficiency & knowledge of Oracle (ideal).
