Stellantis is transforming into a customer centric sustainable mobility company. The newly created Software Organization will drive personalized mobility experiences to exceed customer expectations by leveraging technology.

The features and products you build will be integrated into the 14 iconic Stellantis brand vehicles. How many times have you driven behind someone who has automatic headlights in their car, but are seen driving in the dark with their lights off? How can you help educate the customer in time of need that they have a feature they aren’t using – whether that’s in-time within the car or when they are on the couch interfacing with the vehicle app?

We’re looking for someone with a startup mindset, a bias toward action, and a burning desire to innovate. You are a smart, data-driven decision maker who excels building products and features consumers love. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with Senior Leaders, Product Managers, Designers, Dev & Test to deliver features within the Onboarding & Education team.

Responsibilities:
Lead the product roadmap related to education which provides an individualized learning experience for customers in car & through the vehicle apps

Build the strategy for the product(s) to align with customer and market needs

Work with engineering teams to groom and prioritize the product backlog

Drive the product execution, working closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, UX, Legal and other partnering teams to launch products users love

Pitch new products or enhancements to existing products to get buy-in from leadership team

Build a framework to measure ongoing product performance and use data to make decisions to improve the product

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field

Minimum EIGHT (8) years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner and/or Software Development, creating consumer products using agile frameworks

Experience building and shipping cloud-connected, highly scalable products

Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with internal and external partners

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to create a collaborative team culture

Passion for automotive and telematics is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred
