We are currently recruiting a 360-recruitment consultant to join our team in a brand-new office located in Rhodes. As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with the job of recruiting both casual and permanent position, with blue- & white-collar space. This is also a good job opportunity for any passionate persons who wants to kickstart their recruiting career!

About the role

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Analysing job requirement and generating job ads.
• Sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
• Identifying suitable candidates and recommending qualified talents to clients.
• Managing candidate pipelines for proactive recruitment needs.
• Maintaining records of candidates to build the talent pool.
• Building rapport with candidates and clients.

• The ability to work autonomously as well as work as part of a collaborative team.
