ADP is hiring a Lead Red Team Engineer
The Adversarial Engineering group is dedicated to performing ‘objective-based’ assessments replicating known threat actors, with known tactics, techniques and procedures. In addition, the team operates an agent-based automated adversary/attack/breach platform to validate security control effectiveness. The goal will be to assess and analyze ADP’s security posture, as well as its ability to respond to hacker-simulated attacks, with the main objective to help the Critical Incident Response Center (CIRC) improve defensive response and posture. This position requires an established expert responsible for scoping engagements, presenting results and methodologies, and working with stakeholders across various business units to remediate findings. This position requires a professional who works well with others, and performs in challenging situations, is pragmatic, and is motivated by long-term results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a at ADP.
Lead and be the main point of contact for mission activities, reporting, and metrics (includes design, implementation, and delivery).
Act as a project manager and red team operator on different kinds of mission.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Red Team.
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.
