We are looking for a Senior InDesign Operator to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong design skills. You will play a critical role in preparing and producing high-quality documents and layouts using Adobe InDesign.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Document Preparation:** Prepare and format documents for printing and digital output, ensuring that layouts are visually appealing and meet specifications.
– **File Management:** Organize and manage project files, ensuring all assets are correctly labeled and easily accessible for team members.
– **Design Support:** Assist in the development of design concepts by creating mock-ups and templates that align with project goals and brand standards.
– **Quality Control:** Review all documents before final output, checking for errors in text, images, and layout to maintain the highest standards.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide feedback to improve design processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong grasp of Adobe InDesign, along with an understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Excellent attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Additionally, you should have good communication skills to discuss design ideas with your team. This position is full-time and offers a work-from-home option. We are specifically looking for female candidates for this role.
