Talent Acquisition Partner

Salary: $60-$70k annually plus quarterly bonus the first year and benefits
Reports to: Director of Human Resources

The Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on helping the company source, attract, and hire top talent by developing and implementing best-in-class strategies to attract talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as the main point of contact for both candidates, hiring managers and leadership throughout the talent acquisition life cycle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with company leadership.
• Provide innovative approached to recruiting and sourcing. Plan sourcing strategies and proactively create talent pools and effectively source candidates.
• Develop, maintain and report on recruiting metrics to company leadership.
• Perform all phases of the recruitment process
• Represent company to prospective employees, external agencies and partners.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with cross-functional internal teams and external customers, employment contacts and agencies.
• Network in and outside of the company to continue to build talent pools and recruiting and business knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (exempt level roles) required.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment.
• Mastery of full-cycle recruiting with strong decision-making skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize work according to business goals.
• Must be flexible in managing constantly changing priorities and dealing comfortably with ambiguity.
• Ability to work, communicate and build rapport with various levels of employees.
• Must have expert interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment or networking events. Education and Experience:
• Prior transportation and logistics industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• 3-5 years of general human resource experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP payroll preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to lift, move, and carry objects no more than 15 pounds on a regular basis.
