As a fundamental member of our strategy and programs team, we’re looking for a Regional Business Office Lead for EMEA TA who can interpret workforce or demand plans to determine financial and capacity plans for Talent Acquisition in accordance with global Talent Acquisition procedures.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Strategies and Programs this role offers an inquisitive, analytically-minded individual fantastic career development, through the opportunity to partner with the regional Talent Acquisition leadership team, working on regional and global projects and change initiatives. Testament to this was the current incumbent’s career progression in TA and mobility within HR.
The Role:
Within the EMEA region this role is responsible for:
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of department financials and expenditure, including appropriate accruals
Ensuring headcount actuals and forecasts are accurate
Working with global Talent Acquisition and finance teams to ensure annual and monthly budget and outlook process cycles are fully supported and deadlines met
Driving global consistency in Talent Acquisition with approaches to planning and managing capacity via demand plan analysis
Monitoring for timely expenses reimbursements and vendor invoice payments
Conducting analysis to drive further insights, identify trends and present to global colleagues and senior management
Liaising and building relationships with regional and global Talent Acquisition, Finance, Risk & Control, Operations Excellence and other Business Offices teams to develop strategy and insight
Experience:
Strong influencing skills; easily consults and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders regionally and globally
Excellent analytical skills
Experience working in financial management, workforce planning, resource management or business office environment
Strong ability to make data understandable and useful for stakeholders by displaying data in interesting and engaging ways
Solutions driven and able to balance timely delivery with cost effectiveness and quality assurance
Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities through evidence backed decisions
Risk awareness
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition or HR and prior experience working in complex global business models advantageous
Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
