Your role at a glance
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join us as Global Mobility & International Benefits Manager here at Legal & General. This role is being advertised as an initial 13month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Reward – International, this role provides expert advice and execution on Mobility & Reward for International footprint.
There are two key elements of role:
End to end ownership, management & continuous improvement of L&G Global Mobility programme, processes, compliance and assignee journey.
Subject Matter expert on benefits across International (non-UK) footprint. Market practice & requirements, design, broking / supplier management, communications & administration.
What you’ll be doing
End to End process management of globally mobile employees – including co-ordinating with external suppliers and internal teams.
Case Management / Customer service centric approach for employee / assignee experience & outcome – including pro-active communication to assignee of key dates / actions /progress being made
Internal Global Mobility SME for queries / policy and general technical knowledge – both HR teams and assignees
Expat Package design / cost forecast for business / ownership and production of template docs (assignment letters, etc)
Risk Management of current & potential mobile employees, including facilitating appropriate review and risk assessment of proposed assignments
Day to day interface / services initiation of multiple suppliers (Mobility, immigration, relocation). Ensuring SLA / timely delivery of requested services. Performance assessment – including invoice reconciliation / internal cost recharge process
Internal SME for International Benefits
Implementation of new benefit programmes (aligned to global framework and reward philosophy) Market data, design, provider assessment and selection
Mgt of non-UK benefit providers – enrolment, invoicing, SME for queries. Process improvement, partnering with payroll and HR Ops teams
What we’re looking for
Qualifications:
CIPD qualification preferred or equivalent demonstrable experience
Excel – modelling & forecasting.
Comfortable creating complex analysis, manipulating large data sets.
Knowledge:
Broad, non-UK reward
Benefits (including Pensions) design, broking & supplier management across multiple countries and jurisdiction
Understanding of global tax &, immigration principles, dependencies and how inter-sects of them impact on global mobility programmes design & operation
Experience:
Global Mobility programme management, experience of operating in growth / small sized broad mobility roles / teams
Experience operating and influencing across cultures and countries
Improvement and solution identification and deployment
Broking & administering benefits across multiple countries
Process improvement mindset and pro-active in proposing improvements / evolutions of current way of doing things
Translation of global / central reward principles & design, into locally appropriate deployment – including stakeholder management and communication
