Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks an agile and passionate HR Administrator to focus on all things Recruitment.

About the Role

You will work as part of the Head Office Central HR Team and will support the Resourcing Manager and HR Business Partners to attract and secure the best candidates for our business.

The role includes (but is not limited to):
Support the HR Team to post adverts using Success Factors; our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Completing initial sifting of applications

Ensuring eligibility to work status is understood

Supporting Hiring Managers to understand/utilise the company ATS

Speaking to candidates on the telephone

Scheduling interviews

Writing Contracts

This role is 1 of 2 HR Administrators, the other role looks after all other people processes once individuals have joined the business. You will work very closely together and will cover one another’s holiday – this makes for a challenging and varied role.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential for this role but having a desire to learn, be able to pick things up quickly and have can-do attitude are key!
