Role Context:
Worley is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our UK wide Talent Acquisition Team.
As Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to provide administrative support on a variety of recruitment related activities.
You’ll be:
Raising job requisitions via Worley’s recruitment systems (Taleo and iCIMS)
Creating job adverts and advertising vacancies on the Worley website and Social Media pages
Arranging interviews with candidates, Hiring Managers and HR when necessary
Assisting Talent Acquisition Advisors with candidate pipeline management via the recruitment system
Reviewing applications and liaising with the relevant Talent Acquisition Advisor
Pre-screening candidates and presenting CVs to Talent Acquisition Advisors to further progress with Hiring Managers
Maintaining relevant documentation within the Worley SharePoint
Supporting recruitment system Super Users with system changes and updates
Adhering to relevant process’ and procedures at all times
Assisting Talent Acquisition Team with ad-hoc requests when required
You’ll have:
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing working environment
Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with senior management and stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with an innovative approach to managing high volume recruitment
Excellent working knowledge of major software packages i.e.: Microsoft Word/Excel etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with a strong understanding and adherence to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
Previous experience using Taleo and iCIMS (desired)
