ICT Support Officer

Position Overview

Shearwater is seeking an experienced Level 1 / 2 ICT Support Officer to primarily provide technical support for the students and staff at Shearwater. This individual will also work closely with and under the direction of the Head of ICT to assist with the ongoing maintenance of the software and hardware of Shearwater’s technical systems.

This is a fast-paced, client-focused role, suited to someone with experience working in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wired networks, the processes of terminating ethernet and fiber optic cables, and experience working with both Apple and Windows operating systems.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
