The Goddard School of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Full-Time Education Director. The Goddard School is a premier child care which incorporates learning throughout the entire day.

To be considered for this position, you must have one of the following:

• BA or BS degree in Education
• Associate’s degree in Education
• CDA Credential

This position requires Excellent verbal and written communication skills ad prior managerial experience in a preschool or childcare environment. The following are duties and responsibilities of the Director of Education:

• Maintaining appropriate staff levels according to state daycare licensing
• Recruitment, selection and appraisal of employees
• Playing a primary roll with parents in orientation, problem solving and maintain active parent-school relationships
• Maintaining records pertaining to the administration of the school in accordance with ND licensing
• Planning monthly staff meetings for training aspects
• Closing and/or opening the school on weekdays
