An exciting opportunity for a driven Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team of a fast pace company in coordination role. Learn from the best, work with an engaged & friendly team, based in Mascot, Sydney.

• Monday – Friday, office hours
• Hybrid working, 2 days WFH & 3 days in the Mascot office
• Work inhouse recruiting across the apprenticeship programme and other corporate roles

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the TA and HR teams supporting with talent acquisition
• End to end recruitment
• Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
• Coordinate the compliance and on-boarding of new starters
• Review processes and make improvements
• Ensure contracts are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
• Support heavily with apprentice recruitment programme

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
• 1-2 years recruitment experience is ideal
